I purchased a part and magic touch. Was told two different Days that if the part was not the one that worked or I didn't need it that they would refund it as long as it wasn't installed. Now I have a $200 dollar part they're refusing to refund and told me he never told me that. They treat you like your best friend until you bring back something in original packaging because it doesn't fit and now they tell you they don't refund. I guess I should have read all of the reviews for magic touch because this is something they do.

We made an appointment and dropped our 5th wheel off to have them check our refrigerator. Once they diagnosed the issued, they were supposed to call us to see if we wanted them to make the repairs. After 2 weeks, we started calling to get the status. Nobody answered the phones and we left several messages. Finally they called us back to let us know they hadn’t looked at it yet, but that we were next for them to bring it in. After leaving several more messages the following week, we finally received a call back. They told us they found the problem, replaced a fuse, did a little re-wiring and the total amount due was $488 and change. When asked why we were not notified about the diagnosis, they couldn’t give us an explanation. We want to be clear that we did NOT authorize any repairs. That being said, they would not give us any type of price adjustment. Please be careful when you take your RV in for repair. Thankfully our bill was under $500, but you could find yourself being responsible for a large repair bill that you didn’t authorize. We will not be used them again.

This place is a joke. I bought my trailer there. It got some water damage this season. Talked to my insurance, they said take it in for an estimate. And Magic Touch RV won't take it to look at it. It's not like I asked for asap. I just wanted to get it fixed. Buy where they will take care of you as a customer. Not this place

This is the second time we had our motor home there for repairs. Last time they had it for two weeks and didn’t even diagnose it. We decided to try again 2 years later and the same thing happened. This time it was there for 8 days and no one bothered to call us to let us know what was happening. Needless to say $350 later and no repairs were made.

Excellent customer service! Everett in service worked in my small, but needed repair into their busy schedule as I was traveling from out of state. Hector, their service tech, was efficient and courteous, overall a great experience. Highly recommend Magic Touch service!

We got to talk to the owner, and I'm so glad we stopped. He's very honest and upfront. Any questions no matter how many. He answered all of them. Made sure we were happy. Definitely recommend coming and checking out his RV's..

It was my first time at the facility. People were very nice. They got me a right in and fixed my 14 x 14 vent on my motorcycle trailer with an appointment. The parts people were pleasant and it was such a great experience. I would recommend them to everyone. Great value and superb service.
