I visited during the holiday shopping season so it was busy. They didn’t have any of what we were looking for however the employees were very courteous and tried to be helpful. They even told us when a good time would be to come to exchange shoes if that’s what we needed. In the end, we wound up with the shoes we wanted after going back at the time suggested. Employees didn’t seem to let the stress of the holiday shopping season negatively affect them, at least that day.

Shopped at this Nike store today and was excited for the new promos that were running there. The staff is always super helpful and willing to search for different colors or sizes you might not see on the shelves. Special thanks to Lalo and April for helping me check out all of my items. I had quite a bit. Overall I always have a great experience here.

A+ , 100% . Today, I shopped at Nike Factory Store. This was spontaneous because I went to the Theater and it was cold in there. I walked out, went inside the Nike store. The store was busy with customers. I found a staff and she helped me find a black, zipped up hoodie sweater. She also told me about the Nike app. As I was waiting in line, I signed up and became a Nike Member. I told the cashier and she was able to help find the scan on my Nike profile. I got a member discount. Overall, everything was perfect. I left super happy and off I went back to the movie theater with my Nike sweater. Great job everyone! ??

Nice big very organized store. Unfortunately they did not have the size I needed in the certain shoe I went in for but I was able to locate a employee pretty quickly considering the store was packed (back to school last minute shoppers) the guy that helped me was absolutely awesome! Like I mentioned the store was packed but he still took his time to help me find what I needed and made sure I was taken care of which I really appreciated.

Love the fact that there’s aways sales and it’s clean shout out to Lalo very helpful she mentioned me about the Nike app how it’s so easy to use and the discounts you get by using it highly recommend

Staff was super friendly. Floors were surprisingly clean, but the prices were amazing. I purchased four pairs of shoes for less that two hundred dollars! Awesome deals!
