Noggins N Nails is a salon where the staff are nice and treat clients sweetly. They provide amazing haircuts and expert advice. They are skilled with natural curly hair and perform careful color corrections, taking their time to ensure awesome results. They make clients feel very comfortable, explaining things as they go. Their prices are reasonable for the quality work. Appointments are encouraged. Many clients say they will definitely recommend the salon and will be coming back.
