Great service and location. Make sure you book an appointment in advance, especially for Saturday appts. I wish the Visalia offices rotated Saturday appts but appreciate this one is open.

I’m not a big fan of the self check in process of having to scan my drivers license & insurance card every time I go in, that’s something that I feel should already be on file. But the gal that draws my blood is EXCELLENT!!! She’s extremely kind & her drawing skill is top notch!

scheduling and check in was a simple process. waiting times were minimal and there are plenty seats available. Interior of waiting area was clean and welcoming. Staff was friendly and professional. They never make you feel as if the process is an assembly line. Quest Diagnostics is a great example for other labs to follow.
