Horrible customer service! We misplace the keys to our storage unit and needed a new padlock. They advised us they're currently out of stock and that we can go to a hardware store and purchase a new one. However, he advised me since he is not the one selling us the padlock there will be a $25 charge to cut the old lock off. Rapid is definitely not customer service based driven!

In 2009 I rented a storage from this place, we had just moved back from New York, we wer only in that spot for no more that a day or so.. when the worker called us that some one had broken into our unit an stolen our stuff, when we went to the storage to see what was taken.... there was an old dirty man that the manager was talking to, they looked at me an when they noticed I was staring at them the manager said something to the dirty man an he JUMPED OVER THE BIG BRICK WALL!!! Yes u read that right When I went into the office to confront him I told him will you have cameras here let's look over the video and see what we can find, he never looked at me all he told me was that they weren't working how convenient they weren't working the day before or the day of but when I went back a couple of days later they were working. When the police got there I told them about the old man jumping the brick wall but since there was no video it was my word against his, so I suspect it was an inside job and the big manager guy that was working there had something to do with it I'm sure they broke into my storage unit and took my stuff Don't trust this place
