The customer service was okay. Came here for the first time, I wanted to try some ice cream samples before the purchase, but the lady worked at the register straight out and told us that she is unable to give out samples because she was super busy, despite the fact that the ice cream freezer has a sign that says ice cream samples available.
I am super disappointed that their flavored ice cream and milk contain carrageenan and cornstarch. We still ended up purchased some items in the store. The atmosphere did not feel very welcoming for someone who is not from the area.

Nice place for grabs some good quality milk and ice cream. Also, they let you sample ice cream. My favorite is eggnog and peppermint creamer. Shop is small but neat. Will come back here again.

We happen to be in Tulare for an event and I’ve actually had Rosa Brothers milk before. We stopped in to the retail store and had a milk and ice cream tasting. I love their milk and their chocolate milk is so good. But let me tell you their ice creams are amazing!!! everyone has to try peppermint n chip. WOW!

Love all their products, I was actually sad to hear when they mentioned to me while being down south that this company didn't exist down there. Wish it was in down south as well. i will totally be buying if yall get into the orange County area. But I really love the orange milk, strawberry milk, rootbeer milk, the ice cream here is so good and really love this product. And I really love how they support other small businesses as well. I will totally come back to yall and hopefully soon yall can consider expanding more down south will love seeing your product there thank you. So much

I would this milk give six stars if I could! The milk is nice and fresh, it is the finest milk and flavor profile and flavor variety we have experienced. They are readily available in stores all over California and are a great local milk company to support with a fine product coming from it. The return policy is awesome, with being able to get $2.50 for your empty glass jar, it's great to see that they're doing that to protect our environment. This milk brings us back to the good old days of the milk man showing up at your house and will always be our go to milk when we come to California! Talk about milk going to another level!

Cool little creamery that cares about the cleanliness and quality of their product.
