“I just want to take this time to acknowledge a young man we had the pleasure of encountering today at Journeys. From the moment we walked in my husband and I were greeted by James .as he welcomed us in he engaged my husband in conversation and listened attentively to what we were there looking for, which were a new pair of walking shoes. James asked all the right questions and then brought over 3 different options. Might I add he absolutely nailed it with option #1 being the new Sea salt/ concrete New Balance 9060
James was very polite he made eye contact the whole time which showed respect and that he was actively listening it was clear this young man takes pride in his job. and was not just trying to just make a sell by being pushy or ingenuine.. his customer service approach and skills made us feel very comfortable and happy with our purchase, so much so we also took advantage of the socks and shoe repellant spray sale that was mentioned at checkout. “When we were there this big Nike store had a quite good variety of shoes. The display is good and well maintained. We did not need help from the staff but we could see then hurrying through the shop to help the customers. We honestly were impressed. We were also happy with the prices for our selektion.
We can definitly recommend this store.”
