“04/01/20242:25PMWanted to give a shout out to a couple of your sale's reps inside your Tulare Tilly's store here, apon enterance Samantha had awesome skill with her sales speech, I told her I'm looking for a watch for a very important day tomorrow, I let her know what watch caught my eye and if they'd help me adjust it to the size of my left wrist then I'd buy it, Samantha then contacted another awesome sales rep, then that sales rep contacted Johnelle the Manager, as soon as she showed up she knew exactly how to adjust the watches, she adjusted it to my size, it was chill too because it was a learning experience for all 4 of us, and I really appreciated that they all went out of their way to fit the watch on my wrist just to secure the $108.25 SALE, thank you again. ??”

There was a great selection of girls clothing, but felt the boys side was not quite as extensive. But maybe it was just the day I chose to go. Overall, they are very affordable with a very clean store.”

“I went in just to take a quick a look at the Doc Martens and Viv greeted me right after I walked in and I asked if they had the Doc Martens in kid sizes since my foot is small and other stores I stopped in didn't have my size available. She looked in the back for the style and size I needed and although they weren't available she recommended I try 2 different sizes so I knew which one I was and they could order it to my address with free shipping. I went ahead and did that and also signed up for their rewards to get $10 off. This is the best interaction I've had with an associate in a while, she was very helpful and friendly. I usually get shy to ask for help in stores but she was very welcoming from the start and I'm glad I was able to find what I was looking for!! :)”

“I visited during the holiday shopping season so it was busy. They didn’t have any of what we were looking for however the employees were very courteous and tried to be helpful. They even told us when a good time would be to come to exchange shoes if that’s what we needed. In the end, we wound up with the shoes we wanted after going back at the time suggested. Employees didn’t seem to let the stress of the holiday shopping season negatively affect them, at least that day.”
