“I had the most wonderful experience at this bridal shop! They welcomed me as a walk-in and still made my whole family — including both of my grandmas — feel completely comfortable and cared for. The owner went above and beyond in every way. She treated us like family from the moment we walked in, took her time with me, and made the entire experience feel special, personal, and unforgettable. You can tell she truly loves what she does and wants every bride to feel beautiful. My family and I are so thankful for the kindness and hospitality we received. It was such a sweet, meaningful memory we’ll never forget. I can’t recommend this shop enough — truly a place that cares about their brides! 💕✨”

“Fantastic customer service! I'm pretty sure that it's the vest customer service experience I've ever had.I noticed a defect in one of the shoes I purchased, but didn't notice it until quite a while after ordering them because I hadn't worn them, or even tried them on. I didn't expect a refund or exchange because it was my fault for not noticing in so long. However, I sent an email with images and they promptly responded and sent a new pair.I will definitely be ordering again in the future.”

“I had been thinking about buying me a good pair of work boots. I've always bought boots that would last a short period of time, i would never spend more than $100 on a pair of boots 👢. But today I broke that way of thinking and bought me sone good boots made by BRUNT. I was trying to decide between a 10 what I normally wear or 10 1/2 as that size felt good as well. Out of nowhere Ricardo(Rico) showed up and reassured me of the boot is a very well reputable brand, and suggested the the half size bigger will be better in the long run, so I did. And up front Justin did his part on finishing the transaction with a great attitude. From here until I retire I will by my boots @ Boot Barn.”

“Came in here asking some questions about a specific Jordan and they were knowledgable and provided me with straightforward answers. Saw that they had a good selection of Funko pops, and clothing. Their shoes aren't priced too terribly, they gotta make some profit so I get the mark ups, but will be returning here in the near future.”
