“It was my first time at a red wing store or buying and wearing red wing boots. Excellent customer service . The boots are double stitched where needed and are made with thick durable leather. I applied 2 coats of mink oil for extra water protection and I also bought there custom insoles for 79$. All in about 320$. The level of comfort is thru the roof.”

I'm pretty sure that it's the vest customer service experience I've ever had.I noticed a defect in one of the shoes I purchased, but didn't notice it until quite a while after ordering them because I hadn't worn them, or even tried them on. I didn't expect a refund or exchange because it was my fault for not noticing in so long. However, I sent an email with images and they promptly responded and sent a new pair.I will definitely be ordering again in the future.”
