I paid for a car wash but it was broken. So I asked the cashier Teresa to refund me my money. She said she's not going to refund me, all she can do is give me a free car wash. I said what good would that be if its broken. She was very rude and said she didn't know what to tell me. I asked to speak with her manager and she said "yeah call tomorrow bye" and proceed to walk away from me as I'm trying to ask the managers name. She ignored me again. So i asked again, she finally told me her manager was Gabe and she was Teresa, then walked away and started talking to someone else.
If the refund was out of her hands, that's fine just tell me that. You don't have to be rude and ignore me and walk away as I'm talking to you. She has very poor customer service skills and I will never come back here due to the way she treated me. I've heard this gas station had horrible customer service and today I experienced it first hand. Don't go here, go some place where the people don't treat you like dirt. Do better speedway.

Man tried to get change so I could give a merry Xmas to someone the lady says shel lose her job and laughed 12/22/22 3:15 what kind of place would refuse giving change even when buying something said there’s a atm I ask can she break it if I use that. No wow never again

went out of my way to avoid interacting with an employee by sticking to my partner, same employee still managed to touch rub my back while walking past from behind me. please just call me a slur next time. what could have happened if he gave me covid? keep your hands to yourselves

cashiers are always rude especially tonight they didn’t want to help after he made the mistake of putting plus gas instead of premium i had to go in there four times for him to finally void it

Great prices on freezes, fountain drinks, and self service coffee.GAS prices are much lower than Chevron across the street from them but consistently a few cents per gallon more than the cheapest stations around town. They do however have lots of pumps so rarely you will have to wait for a pump which saves time and money due to gas burned while in line and/or restarting your car before getting to the actual pumps at stations which are a few pennies cheaper...All of the swing and graveyard employees are helpfull, courteous, and respectful on a daily basis. On Day shift that is not always the case.
