Staff are friendly, helpful, caring, and not pushy, often going above and beyond to provide excellent service and seasoned advice. They are ready to answer questions and assist in great detail. The experience is pleasant and great. Prices are usually pretty competitive. A noted issue is that the store can have a hard time keeping popular items stocked without being able to tell when they will get them in.
