US Cold Storage is an efficient and clean facility with top-notch staff. The process is smooth, with a good guard and very nice personnel for check-in. Dock workers are nice and do a good job. Drivers must arrive 10-15 minutes before their appointment time; being even one minute late can incur a fee. Overnight parking is not allowed on the premises, so trucks must park on the road just outside. There is a truck stop one mile down the road for breaks, and permission is given to wait there if a door is not ready. The standard wait is up to two hours for a door and about twenty minutes for loading a full trailer. The facility is easy to find and maneuver around, with clear procedures for check-in, paperwork, and parking. A high-visibility vest is required. Doors are easy to access, though some blind-side parking may be needed. Restrooms are available. While service times can vary from under two hours to much longer, the overall coordination and respect make it a professional operation.

Good staff..no overnight parking..u have to park on road just outside the premises…won’t take earlier…should be 10-15 mins before appt time.

No overnight parking on premises but see trucks on the street and loves n pilot about 1 mile away

My appointment at 11am I come here at 930 am they give the door right away is 3 pm and im still waiting
