Worst experience coming to shop here. First off not greeted when coming in I had to find an employee to ask them if I could use the restroom, being diabetic sometimes I can’t hold it… they very rudely said not for the public, I let it go and continued to shop, I found a few items that were very nostalgic and I went to purchase items. The cashier informed me that I couldn’t purchase one of the items since it didn’t have a price tag, I offered to find a similar hat and purchase it with that price and they denied me to buy items. I left empty handed and a ruined mood, traveled from Corcoran to visit store, will not be back! Mind you, there are no signs with the rules of their policies anywhere and everything there is donated to them. Terrible experience and everything overpriced! Seems they’re selling for greed vs helping community!

I used to shop here all the time, though the prices were a bit steep. The selection made up for the prices, most of the time. However, the last few times I went, the staff was very rude to me. Once, one of them was nearly shouting at me because I picked up an item on display (mind you, there was nothing saying 'do not touch' or anything of that nature). The last time I went was a very hurtful experience that I don't want to go into details about, and I won't ever be going back.

Went in there today 1-8-24 an an previous times they had colored tags on sale an the employees were taking off the clothes that had sale tags on them an taking them to the back , everything is donated an to me that is being very greedy why even have color tags on sale if your just going. To take them off rack me an mom have spent alot supporting this store an it really bothered us that they done this not sure we would go back here employees are super friendly here it's jus so upsetting that greed is taking over

Great store but not what I would call a "thrift" store. I only saw women's clothing, jewelry, shoes, furniture and home goods. The 3 stars is just because it wasn't the kind of thrift store I was looking for. They do have some beautiful items here.

If you use cards for payment, there is a fee, wasn't told at checkout. They mark the sewing patterns for too much for used patterns. Pay attention, you'll see a .75, you might end up grabbing patterns for 2.50 or 3.50. I wouldn't buy for over a dollar. I commented on their Instagram. They answered why they charge for convince fee. I commented about the patterns being overpriced. They erased my comments. Pay attention what you buy from thrift stores. They get these donations for free. They claim they're charity. Used Treasures changed. Just shop when they have their big sales
