Iam so frustrated with the tulare post office, they changed the mailbox for my area and nobody notified us of the change, we seen when they were removing the mailbox in my area, but all of us were under the impression they were changing it out for a new one, so what they did was they put it together next to our neighbors mailbox, they didn't even tell us ,which box numbers was who's, till this day we ,cant open the mailbox, because is a brand new box ,with different KEYS, but we didn't get a KEY I've called the post office in my area ,and all they say is call this number, blah,blah, iam very frustrated for that reason, because I've ordered school supplies and clothes, for my kids for back to school and I can't get them. They also need to have some one answer the phone there at the post office distribution center here in tulare on INDUSTRIAL, they never answer..I would rate them a zero but there's no zero

They left the key in other mail and never come to fix the problem so my packages are lost now

It obvious that either no one from USPS reads these reviews or, more likely they do, but don't care because their government jobs are too secure. I'd love to know it all the others on here complaining about a carrier siting dogs as a concern, are all dealing with the same person. My regular carrier is fine with my pets. But, I can always tell when someone is filling in for him. The dog complaint must be a standard easily dependable out for their lack of desire to actually exist their vehicles and actually deliver a package. At the end of the day, someone else has to offload the vehicles not the lazy carrier. And we get to go down to the office and pick up in person. Mr(or mrs,ms) gets away with their laziness once again! The 800 number is pointless and the local postmaster isn't much better.

The service is good. Sometimes you see customers coming in with bad attitudes wanting post office personnel to give them special treatment. Like the kind they get you fired. Like just give me my mail I don't have to show identification. You gotta pray for folks that act like that.

I have had problem with the post man for days if he see a dog he assumes it mine or he is always complaining of the cars being part next to the mail Box. I guess he want the entire street for himself

I would have put a zero but there's no option for that. The service in Tulare California for the Postal Service changing a lock if nothing but a headache. You get a time frame inside the post office that is incorrect and when you call the phone number they tell you a different number as far as how long it takes for your lock to be changed. Being a United States Navy veteran and having PTSD I cannot get my meds or any of my mail for that matter to me and a reasonable amount of time. This is very unacceptable. They're automated service is the worst I've ever dealt with. They need to make it more user friendly.

Packages not delivered on route 1,They never answer the phone,Probably the worst management on the district.
