The postal workers are pleasant and courteous. But the building's interior is a little worn out and in need of remodel or makeover.

I don't even know what to say. Of all the places I've lived, of all the post offices I've used... this one should be shut down. They don't even answer their direct line. I gave 2 stars because inside they're typically nice. But it doesn't make up for the overall inconvenience and incompetentcy

It's always nice to see a familiar face Manuel has always delivered one of the best customer service. I've been doing business with the Tulare branch for approximately 25 yeaars and not once have I ever had a terrible experience.
