This is the worst post office I've ever come across. I run a small online shop and none of my packages are scanned in on time and the service line is absolutely no help at all. I am loosing money and product because of the workers not doing their job. DO NOT COME HERE! I recommend the post office in Visalia by Mooney. They have given me the fastest and best service.

This is BS I have had this box here for 21 years and its like no one wants to deal with the homes sleeping inside so they setup autolocks to lock at 6pm now they just lock it when ever they want but I get no discount on the cost of my box it raised so hight yet I can't even get in after work iam not happy I hope some one incharge see this and does something like pass out key card to box owners so we can get out mail when we want also put up real camers and make local PD do there job by enforcing the laws not locking us out let's see how far this gets iam not hopefull

I've had at least 20+ packages in the last year ranging from $10 - $250 make it from around the US to this facility and then never get delivered.. talk to Post master, supervisors, and front desk and never get a clear and efficient answer. The $250 package said delivered and never was 😡. Tulare USPS is booboo and needs some real help. Sucks when something you really want and pay for is almost to you door step but Tulare can't manage their system. Either they have some thieves or people incapable of working at the post office.

The postal workers are pleasant and courteous. But the building's interior is a little worn out and in need of remodel or makeover.

Second package that tracking says was delivered to parcel but no key to be found and surely no package. Seems like a common issue with this post office.

Now all of the sudden they want to close early our po box and late night shippers due to sanctions. Like what some people Can't access your boxes during day or send packages. Had 100s of packages from ebay arrive late due to your lazy workers

When a package is missing you cannot call or speak to an actual person on the customer service number. I will do everything that I can to use any other delivery company. USPS is the worst by far.

I came here today concerned about our mail box being tampered with and they gave me a number to nowhere and can't help at all. Those guys seem pretty clueless on what they are doing. Bunch of lazy guys and not helpful at all. He knew well that my mail was tamper with and did not care. Thank you post office for this unpleasant trip

Delivery issues & pick up. Our delivery person scans something that states she picked up our packages when she didn't. Then our newspaper is not delivered.
Try calling to complain, what a joke! They could care less about service!

I own a small business on Etsy and normally drop off my packages on the “drop box”. For some reason they NEVER get scanned in until they get to the next facility. Very frustrating because Etsy allows a costumer to ask for a refund if packages have not been scanned by the carrier (shipped). I’ve lost $65+ my product last week because of this issue. Yesterday 12/02 at 4:30pm I dropped off some packages that should have been scanned this morning and sent out. Well they have not been scanned and it shows “pre-transit”. Who do I contact about this if they never answer…
& to top it off they send me a package that was left in the parcel locked and they put the locker key in my neighbors mailbox. Thankfully my neighbor was nice enough to give me the packages.

Horrible service, I just gave birth to my daughter and was supposed to receive her social security card in the mail, I even got the email with a picture of the mail from the social security admin that I was supposed to receive it. Never got it in my mailbox, I let a week pass and still haven’t received it. I have a camera pointing to my mailbox and I know for a fact it wasn’t delivered. Called usps customer support and filed a claim they opened up an investigation, got a call 2 days later from someone at the Tulare office and all they said was “there is nothing we can do” and that “everything we received gets mailed out” and I explained to them about my cameras and everything and they still didn’t seem to care. This place needs serious change and new management if they’re going to be misplacing sensitive mail like this. At this point I don’t even know if an employee maybe stole my daughter’s social or if they dropped it off at the wrong address. Just overall very disappointing, especially with Christmas around the corner. Don’t even get me started with the employees in the office. This office needs serious help.

I don't even know what to say. Of all the places I've lived, of all the post offices I've used... this one should be shut down. They don't even answer their direct line. I gave 2 stars because inside they're typically nice. But it doesn't make up for the overall inconvenience and incompetentcy
