Rooms: Un motel con camere semplici ma funzionali, un po' datate, condizionatore rumoroso. Nel complesso buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Gentilissima la signora alla reception che ci ha accolto alle 10 di sera.

The room had roaches in it that I discovered after being there for one night. I killed three and when I told the girl at the front desk, I said I either wanted a new room or I was going somewhere else. She said there were no other rooms available but they would refund my money for the remainder of my stay. There were no other hotels with vacancies for that night, so I was pretty much forced to stay one more night in a roach infested room. I was only charged for one night because they marked me as a no show. Not once did anyone apologize for roaches being in the room nor did they offer to make it right except for refunding my money. I put in a complaint to the BBB. I don’t know if anything was done or not. I was on vacation visiting a friend and after I booked another hotel in a nearby city, I didn’t go back to Village Inn.
Rooms: The room was rather small and the air conditioner was just a window unit that was installed in an offset part of the room and it didn’t cool the room properly.
Noteworthy details: Room had roaches.

I repeat do not enter this place .! Do not go here the place was dirty fraud all over the place .! Booked a room for four days and I didn't get my deposit back it also had bugs and the shower didn't work it was a motel from hell.!

They don't clean there rooms. Yes they make the beds(not sure if they wash the sheets). I do know they don't clean the showers or dust or sweep the rooms. Very disgusting!!

Im a considerable person and when i say these hotels were terrible i mean these were down right bad , from bed bugs to spiders so if your not a bug person i definitely wouldnt recommend. Where to start? The fridge had someone else's old food in it still & when I opened it up, it stunk out the entire room. They have roaches & bedbugs. When you complain about the bed bugs to the lady up front she brings you a used bottle of cortisone. The toilet clogged & I called up front to have it fixed.. They left a plunger by the door. There are no screens on any of the windows. The bathroom window has rusted bars on it. The TV had a picture but there was no sound. You can't have any company over or the lady at the front desk will come knock and ask for more money for them to stay. & to top it all off, they left a box of tissues in the drawer next to the bed and left a ring of lube on top of the nightstand. I knew it was lube because when I tried to wipe it up it was slippery like car oil. I didnt stay a full night, I was checked out by 11pm.

I actually can not give a rating on the service or rooms as i only went there to get proof my husband was cheating BUT from the outside it was very clean and nice a little loud because of the freeway being right next door so to speak.

Bed bugs had to leave at 2am
