Zero accountability
Zero professionalism
Not to mention, they never have rx in stock.

Pharmacist and staff treated us like liers, said we picked up the prescription and would check cameras twice! Also rebilled our insurance. Finally after talking to different people, they found the prescription, even though it was recorded as picked up.Manager didn’t even apologize and hung up while I was talking. Very unprofessional and rude. Walgreens on Prosperity in Tulare. ( they cancelled the new prescription they were trying to bill us for)

Tulare Walgreens is horrible! Poor customer service at the pharmacy. I requested a refill in needed prescription on Thursday and was told they would have it the next day. I checked the following day and the automated system said it was there and in process. I never heard back so waited until today (Saturday) and was told they don’t have it and now I would have to wait until Monday. Poor attitude on the part of the staff person I spoke to. Really bad customer service!

I have never seen a worse pharmacy. I went to get 3 prescriptions clerk said 1 wasn't there and the other not ready. She told me to come inside lobby and wait 2 hours. I told her I had flu if I went in I could infect people. She then closed the box that give u prescriptions and turned off microphone and walked away!!Brings incompetence to a new level.

This is the worst pharmacy EVER 2 diffrent times out of ER straight to pharmacy and closed both times such a inconvience close down already every other pharmacy is open and you guys are not What the hell going with you people y’all need diffrent management of just simply shut it all down !

What is a better pharmacy? Can't hear them. They refuse to turn up the volume and the building is disgusting outside. Maybe the lab inside needs similar attention? Convenient isn't good when service leaves lot to be desired.

The worst Walgreens I've ever been to. The drive-in window is always packed along with the line inside for the pharmacy, this Walgreens used to be on top with people prescription but now they make everybody wait for such a long time. Today I went to pick up a medicine that they said would be ready by 5 pm... when I got there they said they were still working on it and it would take 30 minutes. Some of us need the medication that day and the lack of service at the pharmacy is horrible.

Do not shop at this Walgreens. They have posted prices and when it rings up different they make their own prices which is not right. I would shop anywhere but here.

Walgreens Tulare CA-filled a prescription by a new doctor for lancelets for diabetes monitor. Three days later come to find they're wrong. I go back and they won't exchange. They said if I discovered they were wrong 5 minutes after buying. They would exchange them (what BS). I said then what do I do and she said go back to doctor (which I'm not going back-can't get prescription right) for a new order. And pay another $50 out of pocket. Walgreens and new doctor can stick it!!!

Ken was extremely rude. Walgreens did not provide the online order but gladly took my money with out refund. Even though that great employee Ken said they didn’t. I purposefully will never shop nor use your photo department again. Ken should not be in management and shouldn’t tell a already paid customer that their ridiculous for asking if their order is ready. Telling a customer “your ridiculous your number 67 out of 80 you won’t even get your order anytime today and I don’t have your items” HORRIBLE MANAGER. REFUND MY MONEY ALREADY! I will continue to call and complain till I receive my refund.
