Never going to this place again.Had to receive money from western union. Went in some heavy dude with glasses was no help.I was wearing a shirt that said "Say perhaps to drugs".It was a joke shirt.I felt like i was discriminated against.Terible staff.To this portly guy,kid whatever i explained I've came here several times to receive money no problem. He acted like he didn't want to help me.So he goes in the back and comes out with Western unions phone number.What a clown.Went next door to Walmart no problem. I was heated wanted to tell clown shoes that he was lost.YOU NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING IN THIS STORE....Might be going in to have a talk with management TODAY..

Worst Walgreens ever. So bad that I stopped shopping at Walgreens and I have been loyal to Walgreens because I was a former shiftlead for a 24hr Walgreens in Bakersfield. I moved from Bakersfield to Tulare. Every online order I made there was a mistake. NONE of the employees know what they’re doing. ALL of the employees there are RUDE. VERY POOR managment. The store I worked at in Bakersfield would NEVER and the management was SO MUCH BETTER. Bakersfield Walgreens is ALL ABOUT customer service. Tulare Walgreens is the opposite. They do not care for their customers and it shows clearly. The blonde young girl that works front register sometimes is THE WORST. Somebody needs to get her out the front and put her in the back. One time I had to TEACH and tell the “shiftlead” on duty at the time and wears a yellow jacket all the time did not know how to do a simple return on an ONLINE ORDER. He actually told me Walgreens doesn’t do returns or exchanges on online orders which is FALSE information because I MYSELF as a former shiftlead used to do exchanges and returns on online orders all the time. I am glad to say I’ll NEVER shop at a Walgreens again unless I am desperate. Bye Walgreens, hello CVS.

I have been trying to get the pharmacy to pick up their phone for the last 15 minutes. They don’t even say please hold. They just keep pushing me to hold every time it rings for them to answer. I just need to know if my mom’s medication the hospital called in is ready. Now I have to drive 20 minutes to see if it is ready.

Why is the pharmacy always closed such inconvenience moving diffrent pharmacy both time out of ER straight to pharmacy for it to be closed people need there prescription!

I though I was the only one with these problems at this Walgreens in Tulare. Management are not friendly and other employees are of no help. I don’t have problems like this at rite aid or cvs where they treat you like family. Something has to change or retrain your staff Walgreens, shame on you!!!

On 11-19-23 I went to Walgreens to purchase a Birthday card. I politely asked sales clerk ‘where the envelopes that are supposed to go with the cards?’Reasonable question… She had a Snotty, arrogant & robotic reply of: “Look for one”. I couldn’t find any to fit / match most cards… so asked again. She replied that I needed to contact Hallmark & gave her ‘mad dog’ face. I finally found one envelope that matched a “Shoebox” brand card. ALL brands had a 5% envelope stock. When I checked out, I commented that their cards won’t sell if there’s No envelopes. She had the worst customer service & a ‘care less zombie attitude. She told me the amount; I charged on my card & I realized she only gave me a coupon & No receipt. She was Pretty on the outside… but very Ugly on the inside & isn’t going to get far in life on her looks. Too bad that her disgustingly fake service, has caused me to Never shop there again… after being loyal customer for over 23 years… Goodbye ?. For the sake of your store, you need to hire NICE & Helpful employees… Not some Snob that is ghetto & has fake class.

ABSOLUTELY ENRAGED! The store manager is so unprofessional. Time after time my mother has gone to this store and used coupons. BUT everytime she gets rang up with him he denies her the use of purchasing products with her register rewards! And makes employees follow my mom around the store to see if she will steal merchandise! My mom is hispanic and feels scared to shop here because the store manager is so mean to her! My mother shouldn't have to be scared to shop I hope Walgreens sees this and does something about this I and other reviews on here say the same! He needs to be retrained!

What is a better pharmacy? Can't hear them. They refuse to turn up the volume and the building is disgusting outside. Maybe the lab inside needs similar attention? Convenient isn't good when service leaves lot to be desired.

I scheduled an appointment for 1215 for the covid booster shot. Waited in line only for them to tell me it wouldn't be thawed out until 230. Very frustrating why allow me to schedule an appointment when it's not ready.
