“Mike and his team are amazing. My son has been very sick and needed his prescription. Urgent care and another local pharmacy both dropped the ball without contacting me and, after urgent care had closed for the day. After I contacted the other pharmacy and the hospital and made no traction Mike and his team contacted both and got my kiddo the meds he needs. Thank you Twain Harte Pharmacy for caring about our little community and going above and beyond. ❤️”
“I went to Safeway for fifteen years but, they changed owners for the pharmacy and they were so incompetent I finally changed to Walmart and, It is so much better! The staff is efficient and I never walk out of there upset at how I was treated. They go out of their way to make sure I get a generic substitute and generally good service. I resisted going there because it looked like they always had a long line but, surprisingly it went fast. They have a different line for drop-offs and questions, and pickups so it goes fast for the pickups. now I don't get stressed every time I have to go to the pharmacy. Highly Recommend!”

“We were here fairly late on a weekend while out of town. The late closing time was so convenient for us as we arrived to Twain Harte around 10pm. Location was clean, and the one woman working the register was polite and welcoming. Definitely will be going to more Safeway locations while out of town. Highly recomend.”

“This is only for the Photo Department. Went in to get passport photos taken today, when I walked in there were quite a number of people in line being helped. Nobody at the Photo Dept so I thought I'd be waiting for some time. Scott walked past a register and caught my eye, I asked for help. He quickly came over to help me take my photo and even took a couple so we could choose the best one, all with a very helpful attitude. In and out in under 5 minutes. Thanks Scott for being such a huge help!”

Yah..WM has gotten better handling the customer service part...never a rude person to me... love WM+ and easy pick up! The only request I can think of is less product from China
