I called this morning with a question, they only have an automated system so I left a message so they would call me back…no one ever called. I’m calling back in the afternoon they said the maximum waiting time was 6 minutes. It’s been more than 17 minutes and still waiting. I walked in their place at 5:34 and they said “I’m sorry but we stopped DMV services at 5:30” when online it says that they close at 6:00 p.m REALLY BAD SERVICE!????????

Went in to get a quote, waited almost 1 hr and didn’t get helped. I would rather drive more to a different branch to get better customer service.

Excellent and over the top customer service. Above and beyond. Using DMV svcs easy, reg for Rv added and while discussing travel rep Susan provided multiple cross country maps. Moving on to AAA rep Beverly on hearing my cell phone was out placed a call to my husband letting him know I was safe and charged my phone while conducting our business. Pedant and friendly .. Hometown type staff. Great experience. Thank you

I went to the Turlock AAA branch . Upon entering I was greeted by a very nice young lady. My wait was maybe 5 minutes. Very good customer service.

My father and I stopped by for a billing question and we were called within 15 minutes, the agent lady was attentive and knowledgeable who took enough time to answer our questions and resolved my father issue

I have never seen anybody try to get out of doing dmv paperwork more than the lady that works at this DMV AAA Turlock office she is terrible. I don't know why she even works there. Almost every time I have went there, she either did the paperwork wrong or refused to do it at all. I am seriously thinking about canceling my AAA account completely because of this lady. Better off just making an appointment and going to dmv.

I called AAA to start a membership and was lucky to get Pedro Reyes to help assist me. He got me insured and with roadside so quick, probably took him 20 minutes to finalize and send over my documents after payment. He’s a seasoned agent that made my time on the phone enjoyable. As we waited for the system to process documents and payments we spoke about our families and things we enjoyed doing like going to, Starbucks ?.If you call the Turlock location don’t waste time, ask for Pedro Reyes, you won’t regret it. If you walk in, ask to be assigned to Pedro.I really appreciate Pedro’s customer service, he made this whole transaction a pleasure.Again, don’t waste time, vote for Pedro ?
