Horrible experience with AT&T's internet services. Cancelled and they took over a month to refund me my money. I ended up changing to Spectrum and have not had any issues. If this internet works for you, great, but if you end up calling for customer service support. Good luck.

I usually don't like to write negative reviews...I just let things go. However, the clerk named Kevin was so rude that the only customer ahead of me trying to purchase a phone walked out and rightfully so. In my case, I had a question about the service on my phone. He rudely told me that he would not listen to my question, would not look at my phone and when I told him that my previous carrier (verizon) would answer questions, he told me that he wasn't verizon. He walked away from me. I then asked his name and if true said Kevin. No wonder the store was empty. I would never go back and evidently others may have been treated just as rudely. I then went to the ATT store on Monte Vista and what a great experience. The store was full of customers. The clerks were upbeat. A gentleman named Pete said he could answer my question and in less than a minute resolved my phone issue. We had polite conversation and I would give the Att store on Monte Vista my highest recommendation. I will NEVER set foot in the ATT store on Fulkerth again with KEVIN after the rude experience there. Is ATT really that hard up to higher people like this?
