Went in today, ready to have a headache from my dad’s phone completely dying the evening before. Thinking of buying a new phone, expensive, transferring every thing over, tedious, not how I wanted to have my lunch break to go, but here we are. I came in and was greeted by PETER, he asked me what the issue was, asked me the primary use for the phone and the presented me with great and affordable options. He offered helpful solutions on transferring everything. He was so kind and honest and I couldn’t thank him more for what he did for me. Thank you Peter!

I had always have a great experience at this store. But, not this time. I trade in my daughters IPhone 13 for the new IPhone 15 pro and the offer that I received for the trade was $700. The sales rep start with the data transfer and we disclose a crack in the screen. We take the phone back home to finish with the transfer and the reset of the data. When I came back to finish with the trade I was informed that due to the crack on the screen my credit will be only $350, talked to the assistant store manager and store manager and they all said the same no one honored the first offer. I had other options like buying on the apple store, online or even used the phone insurance. I took the decision based on the offer given to me. They will sending to some other department and my credit maybe honored. I will updated the review as results developed.

The place was clean and organized .Hannah, assist me . Did my pedicure prices is affordable. Just walk in my first time to have my feet done. I am very satisfied. Disinfect all nipper, etc.

Brandon, the young man who helped me, was right there to welcome me into the store and ask if I needed help. I let him know I was interested in a new phone and he was happy to help. I ended up leaving with a new iPhone 15plus and lots of goodies. I did call my brother to check over the purchase of a 14 over a 15, a 128 over a 256. I didn't make the decision quickly and there wasn’t a hard sale. I went in looking for a phone and that what I got! When Brandon told me about the 20% every 3 items it made sense to buy everything while I was there, so I bought the wall USB-C plugs and cords.
Brandon had to leave while the phones were syncing, but the two managers were real sweethearts and kept checking on me. Two hours later (had to update the older phone, that took a while), I walked out the door a super happy person with a new phone!
Great people work at the AT&T store at Countryside by Target in Turlock, CA.
