I'm not a big car person so it's good to have a place to go where you can get some advice and get the right item for your car. They are very friendly here and helpful and nobody makes you feel dumb. You can also order online and pick up your item.

If I shared my experience I'd have to be really sarcastic and I just don't feel like it. I recommend O'Reilly's. I've always had excellent customer service there. That's why they are busy and auto zone isn't, at least when I was there today.

Needed batteries for my RV. Lucky for me but not so lucky for the Autozoner staff who were working on Easter Sunday. I had the privilege to be helped by Miroslava and another young kid. Talk about super helpful. Even though they were working on such a glorious day, they kept a positive attitude. Thank you to these two for helping me out.
