Always big lines that take forever with no real support here maybe consider hiring more help if you’re customer wait more then 20min each gidit

This place will literally go out of their way to not help you. I'm a business acct holder and I'm one more incident away from closing it. Do yourself a favor and find a different bank. Diane Duarte will happily open your acct for the commission but good luck getting any other help here

The employees won't answer the phone.You must go in the branch, wait in line, and then you might get the answer to a simple question.

Horrible service! Huge line with 5 windows and only 2 workers ridiculous! While other employees are just walking around standing.

As a child my impression of B of A was one of exceptional, regal customer service and pride of consumer products.The lack of pride in this establishment and the absence of service to its community leads me to believe that, at least in this location, B of A is a ghost of its former self.After waiting in line of six people (one teller only) for more than half an hour, I was told “oh, I dunno, you probably need to schedule an appointment”, fair enough, but when I asked for additional information about what documents I needed or if a manager/supervisor were present, “no one here can help” despite being told by corporate customer service over the phone that it was a simple process that I could go into a branch to resolve.The person behind me had told me that service was pathetic, I certainly now believe it.B of A, if you read this don’t respond to me, just repair what is quite clearly a dysfunctional branch.

Hate this bank! They WILL charge $8 to cash their own checks!! Theyre rude and dont help much! Indifferent manager with the blonde hair and SUPER Fake bake tan lol! Oh but are they ready to take your money! SHUT DOWN BANK OF AMERICA FOREVER!!!! ZERO STARS!!!

One of the worst B of A's I've encountered and I've been to a lot if locations across the US. After waiting a ridiculous amount of time for a teller, the lady wouldn't even help me! She said they don't redeem US Savings Bonds. I went to another beach in Modesto & they deposited in a matter of minutes with no problem. This teller said she even "verified with her manager" so clearly the issues at this location start at the top. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.
