“Tri Counties Bank in Turlock we are greeted with smiles and genuine helpfulness. The staff goes above and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns customers have. Plus, the branch is always super clean and well-maintained, which makes for a pleasant banking experience. Highly recommend this Branch!”
“I like this location but, needs a 2nd atm machine and one in drive thru area. I was mislead by the drive thru area only to be blocked by “parked cars” under the designated covered area.
Also, The front ATM needs to have shade or a block wall covering from the sun as the glare and heat is completely pointing against the machine and anyone standing in front of the ATM.
Also, tap less from the BMO apple Pay app needs to be available to use at the atm without the “actual atm” card. When I go to use it, it says, “tap to sign in is not available” and I need the physical card.
But BMO is a great bank to do business with”

“I've banked with the Turlock USBank location since 2016. I have always found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The follow the lead of Louis, the branch manager. During a recent vist on 1/30/26, Louis took the time to help me open a new account and suggested a new CC as well. I signed up for the card on the spot. “So today , I had the PRIVILEGE of Shamerian Nanou assisting me with TIDIOUS banking issues. She TRULY went ABOVE AND BEYOND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. She had the PATIENCE, KINDNESS, AND OVERALL EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE to handle the TIDIOUS Things I needed done to my account. I have to say Chase Bank, by looking at your reviews here, you needed a FIVE STAR. And THANKS TO Shameirans EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. She just brought your reviews up because of my five star review. Without Excellent customer service, there is NO BUSINESS. “Ethel was amazing! I've had chase bank for multiple years now, and I've never been so pleased .I went to make a claim on my account due to fraud and as we all know that's not a pleasant thing. Before I went to the branch, I called to make a claim over the phone a day before, and they took care of it, but I got charged again so I decided to go into the branch this time and I am so glad I did. Ethel explained everything in detail and help me create a new account within seconds . She literally went above and beyond for me. “So the corporate side of this company SUCKS mightily. I tried to do some business from afar with them for my elderly father (he lives in LA, so at least a 5 to 6-hour drive away, which he can no longer do). It took me multiple, multiple phone calls but once I actually got through to the actual human in charge of the branch (Ms. Grimes) she was extremely helpful and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Before the actual appointment with her she was very responsive via email (once I was able to actually break through the corporate wall and connect with her).”
“I'm not a fan of Wells Fargo because of where they put their money HOWEVER I am too lazy to switch banks and they are convenient. I had a good experience with a banker named Sara at this branch so now it's the only branch I go to, even though the tellers are ridiculously slow. So I went to the bank and waited to see the next avaliable person to help me. Krystal was her name, she was so nice and helped me when I needed it the most. My next visit, I made an appointment, it was at this time not only did she help me but showed me the process of the importance of understanding your checkbook. I recommend this lady to anyone who needs help, she will help you as she did me.
