“I like this location but, needs a 2nd atm machine and one in drive thru area. I was mislead by the drive thru area only to be blocked by “parked cars” under the designated covered area.
Also, The front ATM needs to have shade or a block wall covering from the sun as the glare and heat is completely pointing against the machine and anyone standing in front of the ATM.
Also, tap less from the BMO apple Pay app needs to be available to use at the atm without the “actual atm” card. When I go to use it, it says, “tap to sign in is not available” and I need the physical card.
But BMO is a great bank to do business with”
“I am always to get in and out of the bank quickly. Great location, friendly staff! Happy they have a ATM at this location. Staying open until 6 on Fridays is helpful as well!”

“Ethel was amazing! I've had chase bank for multiple years now, and I've never been so pleased .I went to make a claim on my account due to fraud and as we all know that's not a pleasant thing. Before I went to the branch, I called to make a claim over the phone a day before, and they took care of it, but I got charged again so I decided to go into the branch this time and I am so glad I did. Ethel explained everything in detail and help me create a new account within seconds . She literally went above and beyond for me. I live in Modesto, but I will drive to Turlock just because of the great customer service. Thanks again Ethel !”

“I've banked with the Turlock USBank location since 2016. I have always found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The follow the lead of Louis, the branch manager. During a recent vist on 1/30/26, Louis took the time to help me open a new account and suggested a new CC as well. I signed up for the card on the spot. “I'm not a fan of Wells Fargo because of where they put their money HOWEVER I am too lazy to switch banks and they are convenient. I had a good experience with a banker named Sara at this branch so now it's the only branch I go to, even though the tellers are ridiculously slow. Sara is nice and helpful and somehow remembers my name when I come in.”

“I hate going into banks but this one is not so bad. The few tellers I've had have been nice and since I go in during the week at non-peak hours, I haven't had to wait in line for an absurd amount of time. I've always managed to find parking but like I said I do go during non-peak hours. I'll keep going to this branch until they piss me off and when that happens I'll update my review.”

I had called 2 days ago and requested statements from closed accounts. today, I arrived at 4:45 pm with my family, who were warmly welcomed. before 5:00 pm, I left with 25 pages of statements, and Laura, head banker, even had a dispute form ready to be signed when I arrived!”
