They can’t even get the reset password right. Instead of letting me reset it. I just get an email that someone’s attempting to reset it instead of anything actually happening. Ridiculous

The debit card doesn’t work at the neighborhood market Walmart in Turlock. The chip is bad. I’ve had valley first for 6 months and already want to switch. Turlocks location issues this card. The app doesn’t work sometimes either.
