This is the 2nd time I’ve gone and they are “temporarily closed” they just post a sign up in the door. No explaination- and when they are open they are not very helpful or friendly. Shop online or some other store, the Turlock one is worth avoiding.

I spend more than 200.00 when the sale was going on .... with no coupons or nothing cuz I wasn't getting anything . Even the lady she didn't offer me any help or and discount. It wasn't my first time buy things from there. So thats why I'm giving them one star .

Customer service was amazing. However I didn't find the body spray I was looking for sadly? . No sunshine mimosa,pink velvet cupcake or champagne apple honey. I've been hunting those down for a year now and nothing.

Extremely unsatisfied by my visit tonight. Came to the bath and body works in turlock around 6:00pm. They were not busy at this time, yet I was not greeted upon entry of the store, walked around numerous locations (body mists, soaps, candles) and still not greeted or spoken to. I got to the register to pay and Blanca was on her phone. I waited patiently until she rudely asked me if I was ready, which I clearly was, since I was standing there waiting for her to get off her phone. Blanca made no small talk, did not promote any items, nor did she ask if I found everything okay. Upon being rung up, Blanca then proceeded to toss my receipt into my bag, while simultaneously lazily tossing my bag onto the counter which I found a bit rude since she could have gently handed me my bag. Once I was walking out of the store I approached what seemed to be a shift lead. Once again, no eye contact and no greeting. So I told her to have a good night and that’s when I was finally greeted. Overall a bummer experience, I’ve always had good experiences here during the day but at night seems to be a different story.
