The O'Reilly employee said my car was too new for that and that I should try a $30 product called Cataclean first. I did and it totally worked! He saved me time and money, thanks so much!!”

“Literally had the worst day. I’m four months pregnant with high risk pregnancy and had my car refuse to start at my ob doc apt. I finally made it to O’Reillys where the manager, I think his name is Ray, was so kind and helpful. I was definitely crying and emotional with everything going on, he was super calm and helped me replace my battery and was just a great person to me when I was having a really bad day. Didn’t try to take advantage of me clearly being emotional and try to upcharge me or anything, he actually helped me out a lot and made sure I was okay before I left.”
