I finally made it to O’Reillys where the manager, I think his name is Ray, was so kind and helpful. I was definitely crying and emotional with everything going on, he was super calm and helped me replace my battery and was just a great person to me when I was having a really bad day. Didn’t try to take advantage of me clearly being emotional and try to upcharge me or anything, he actually helped me out a lot and made sure I was okay before I left.”

He was efficient, while also being thorough, and when he was needed elsewhere, he made sure to have someone else finish helping us so that we were completely satisfied. He checked my car’s battery and determined that it had died. He showed me all of my options and the prices for a new battery and clearly explained the store policies. He then installed the new battery for me and made sure to apply dielectric grease to prevent corrosion.
