Big 5 Sporting Goods is a large sporting goods store with about 11,000 square feet of space, offering a wide range of products. Customers can find athletic shoes, clothing, accessories, and a broad selection of outdoor and athletic equipment for team sports, fitness, camping, hunting, fishing, tennis, golf, winter and summer recreation, and roller sports. The store is often crowded, making navigation difficult, and the store appears well-stocked but cluttered. Customer service experiences vary; some employees are friendly and helpful, especially when the store is less busy, while others are less attentive or unavailable, especially during busy times. Customers have noted waiting longer for assistance than for checking out, and some employees seem to be hanging out at the front desk without offering help. However, there are standout staff members who handle situations well and provide good service. Prices are comparable to online options like Amazon, and the store offers a variety of products in a traditional retail setting. Overall, the shopping experience can be hit or miss, with friendly staff at times but inconsistent customer service.
Came in, was greeted, helped, left to shop around, overall a great stop before vacation. Wish i came here sooner. Joel was very kind and patient as well as the other boy.

I really liked that this place was the only store that lasted they had pool sticks and actually had them. Small store but still had a little variety. Saved the day

They have soo much stuff crammed into this tiny store, it's amazing! And some of the deals I saw when I visited were unbelievable. I almost wanted to ask them if they were going out of business or something. But I'm pretty sure they are not, I hope lol.
