Service is a joke. Only one person was working (and I use that word loosely) and they only knew how to collect payments. The posted hours are a lie. They are only open when they want.

The only boost mobile store around town now, (although if needs be you can pay your bills at other phone joints here and there, which was the case once when computer was down, and to address which, I was routed to another place quite quickly by the staff... That was extremely helpful, especially when you need bill paid asap... This showed me that the staff were willing to help me, a customer, in finding a way to help me out even when they themselves couldn't due to circumstances out of their control.. ). Knowledgable and friendly staff with relatively quick service. In other words it's just another hole in the wall bill payment location along with phones that can be bought just like all other phone places.BUTThe truth is that I REALLY haven't had any concerns with these people so far at all. They're super helpful. There's not much of a wait, if there is one at all. Pretty much all you'd expect in a good phone store... No problems so far and I've been going here for over a year steady, and even before that, occasionally, when the other (now non existent) store was closed on Sundays, and pretty much ever since then I've not run into a single snag with this establishment.They're bilingual as well.?

Horrible customer service. Only one of the employees was actually nice. The Manager is a horrible person who, alongside the Owner, scammed me out of $130 for a phone I purchased. Not only did they deny my refund (which goes against their own policies) they then said they could only give me another phone, which I had to take because I needed a phone ASAP for my Dr appointments. The Owner basically told the Manager what to do and how to make sure I cannot get my money back, they took my receipt without my knowledge and tossed it in the trash. The Manager tried to argue with me then said the Owner would be talking to the Management at Boost about the situation, which was a flat out lie. Owner and Management are both disgusting people, go elsewhere with your business.
