I called this location to see if they still have a Chase bank ATM. This lady's response was that she couldn't see it from where she was standing and she guesses that she'll have to walk over there. Sorry mam that I asked you to do your job.

Horrible customer phone service they dont answer the phone leave you hanging for 15 to 20 minutes so when you push the 2 for doctor or nurse to get them to answer the phone then the pharmacist gets mad and tells you off, giing to switch to a different pharmacy all together

Been coming to this pharmacy for my grandmother for years now. This pharmacy is so unorganized and messy. All the pharmacists stay in the back because they don't want to come help the line of customers they have trying to pick up prescriptions. There will always be one person on register and 4 in the back. I have never been in line for less than 15 minutes most of the time I can be standing in line for up to 20-25 minutes. Once your being helped, the cashier will be focused on a bunch of other things that have nothing to do with you or your prescriptions, so you end up standing there while they do other things. Which holds up the line even longer and longer.

Everytime I go here I'm never let down, I'm always greeted when I walk in! I am currently between insurances, so I have to pay out of pocket and when I called to ask if my prescription is ready, the Pharmacist on the phone told me she would look into some coupons to help me out and she brought my total down! I wish I caught her name! I know things are really crazy right now but she took the time out of her busy schedule to help me and that absolutely made my day!

hate to deal with this pharmacy i never get my insulin filled correctly and I keep running out even after the doctors sending the the updated prescription CVS keeps filling an old prescription. also have to stand in line waiting for pickup and it takes a very long time, the line is long and they seem to be short staffed. Looking for another pharmacy to get my prescriptions filled.

I shop here pretty regularly. It isn't far from work so I stop and get the usual body wash, deodorant... but mostly for snacks or water. They usually have what I need. Sometimes I find a new treat I haven't tried before. They always greet people when they come in, sometimes they startle me because they're behind something near and I don't see them at first ! Lol overall nice and helpful service.

if there was an option for minus stars I would minus 5 stars... it never fails, there is never a pharmacist there to fill prescriptions... if you want a prescription filled you should use Walgreen's because they always do their jobs... I've been in this pharmacy 4 times, didn't matter if it's 10am or 3pm the pharmacist is never there... they say the pharmacist is at lunch every time... this time it was 2:15pm... the woman ahead of me was notified her prescription was ready, but it was not... they told her 15 minutes it would be ready, and then told me it would be 40 minutes for mine to be ready... this place is a joke... they shouldn't even call themselves a pharmacy... the other items in the store are all overpriced junk, and you can get just about everything they sell for half the price somewhere else... I wish my relative didn't have to ever use this pharmacy, because they are so terrible... use at your own risk... you have been warned!!!

I frequent this CVS store for the pharmacy primarily and unfortunately consistently there is a line of several people waiting to pickup their prescriptions each time. I do not know if this can be helped or not yet I do wonder and ponder the what if's and question the how can someone in a position to change this not be noticing this consistent long line? It's a smaller CVS than some and the aisles are mostly stocked. The employees do greet me each and every time thus far I enter and leave which is greatly appreciated and noted. When I have paid for items in the checkout in the front of the store there has been more than one customer and we all had to wait instead of calling for back up. Would like to see some improvement in the wait in this location.

What is it about CVS PHARMACY and the incompetent way they do business. It doesn't matter if your in Monterey, Morgan Hill, Modesto, Hollister, or Turlock, you always have problems.

I love this pharmacy, I always come here but I'm giving it a 1 star because of one employee that I can not stand her name is Liliana everytime I go she's just so rude with me, she thinks she owns the pharmacy, and when I call to see if my prescription is ready she puts me on hold for over 15 minutes and I call back from my home phone and another employee always helps me right out, she does not deserve her job period!

What a difference a few miles makes. For years I have used the Geer Rd location because my insurance favors the use of CVS, and it's closer to home. However this time the Geer Rd store couldn't process prescriptions because their computers were down, that turned out to be a stroke of luck for me. It forced me to cross town and use this facility. When I walked in the place it was much cleaner, better organized, friendlier, and they were more helpful than the other Turlock location. My prescription was ready within five minutes of getting there, opposed to repeatedly being told they hadn't received my prescription (which happens every time at Geer Rd) and then taking well over an hour to have it ready. I'm convinced that my experience wasn't just luck. While this was my first time here using the pharmacy, I have never (in hundreds of visits) left the Geer Rd location feeling this positive about my visit.
