We bought our first travel trailer from this dealer. Horrible mistake! They hid a major flaw/damage! Service/sales rep stood on a major soft spot on the floor so we wouldn't walk on it ourselves. They have an "as is" policy. When we used our trailer for the first time we discovered the problem. Now I'm afraid we may just fall thru. Repair services said not worth fixing, too major of a problem. Expensive lesson learned.

We just bought a travel trailer from this place. We were treated very well by sales staff. They had all the paperwork ready to close the sale before we arrived and saved us lots of time. Before leaving Mike from the service department walked us through all the systems in the trailer and answered all of our questions. Dan in service was also helpful and gave us really good advice. I know its not the nicest looking RV place. Yet, we got a very good deal on our trailer, everyone was helpful and professional. Would i recommend someone buy an RV from here? Yes.

I had a large destination RV to sell. Bruce Denis took care of everything. He put me in touch with a guy who could pick up and deliver to his site. His crew made the necessary repairs for a reasonable price. They then placed it for sale and sold it, getting us a great price for it. Everything done professionally and with a smile. Thank you Denis RV.

My only complaint is that I didn't turn to this establishment sooner. I learned the hard way (cash) that other local businesses not worth my time and money. Be sure to consider them and your rig with plenty of time before a scheduled departure; they can get busy and they. Your rig and yours will appreciate your prepping. This business has great and honest services and prices. You can't beat them. I left Denis RV Center happier than a pig in mud and our trip back home to Texas will be better because of the help from the folks at Denis RV Center.

I went into this establishment looking to buy a circulating pump for my trailer , The gentleman behind the service counter was so helpful , I would definitely recommend this establishment to anybody looking for good business good service and smart people. Thank you for the great service.

Came into Denis RV looking to purchase a hitch/sway bars and left very happy. Worked with us in a time crunch to install it and another part and finished everything quickly. Don’t have a lot of experience, but Mike was awesome putting everything in and making sure we understood how to use our new hitch system. Wish we lived in the area so we could come here all the time for service!

We had brought our RV in to get the awning repaired. Because it was taking a long time for the insurance to approve the estimate, we decided to pick up our RV. When I called, the secretary informed me that I could not pick it up and that they would not release it. She was extremely rude and she hung up on me. My husband called back and she informed him that we could not pick it up and she would not release it to us. She was extremely rude to my husband and she just kept on repeating that she would not release it. My husband told her that if any money was owed that we would pay it and that it was our property but she refused repeatedly to let us pick it up. Finally my husband asked to speak to a manager and she transferred the phone call, after speaking to the owner who is the manager, he said that we could pick it up. Every time I have called, this secretary has been extremely rude on the phone and acts like you are an inconvenience when you call.When we arrived to pick it up, I walked into the service garage to let them know that we were there to pick it up and to see if we owed any money. As I was speaking to one of the guys in the service area, a little girl (age unknown but a child) walked up to me and yelled real loud and said "Mom someone is here to pick up the Rockwood". I didn't even say that I was there to pick up the Rockwood but she knew that was the RV that I was picking up. She then informed me in a rude, hateful and condescending attitude that I would have to speak to a manager if I wanted to pick up my RV. It is unbelievable that a child would be allowed in the service garage where she could be hurt and that she would be allowed to speak to an adult and customer in such a disrespectful manner. Turns out that her mom is the rude Secretary and it was obvious that the secretary was speaking about us in a rude and inappropriate way. The child was obnoxious!!After speaking to the owner, who was rude as well, I determined that we didn't owe any money. Please don't go to this company to have them repair your property! The are rude and they lie and are unethical.Dan in the service are is the only nice person there. There would be no way that I would ever take my RV to them ever again.

We ran into major electrical issues when visiting family in Turlock. Not sure where to go, we were highly recommended Denis RV from multiple people and we were not disappointed. Dan at Denis RV squeezed us in within a few days because we were traveling and had the problem fixed and solved within a couple hours. Couldn’t be happier with the service and price! Anyone in the area or passing through should use them!

Bizarre experience and behavior of women on staff. Saw the exact RV I wanted on her lot. Ive been looking for a year. I walked in and told her the size I wanted and the weight. Then I saw 4 other that met my criteria and exact same size. This woman flat out told me I would be buying the wrong RV and told me I really didnt want that RV. Seriously? I Walked away from this nonsense. What kind of business is this? Woman appears to have severe emotional problems. I would avoid this place.
