Scheduled for appointment at Emanuel for 5:30am, only to be informed I wasn't on the schedule? Long story short, the physician's office goofed, per insurance company, thus not following through professionally.

Went to the ER with an ugly looking ankle. Head Nurse Candace was amazing as was the rest of the staff. Thank you for your patience and kindness.
