I decided to look elsewhere after being with another company for many years. Dealing with this Farmer's Insurance Agency has been a great experience. Everyone in the office is very pleasant and helpful when I come in. Nansi helped me obtain better coverage for my auto and we are in the process of doing my life insurance as well. She is extremely knowledgeable about the various policies and investments and what are the best choices long term. I have already discussed with a couple of my closest friends and family members to reach out to Nansi to help with their needs as well.

Great agents, great service and great coverage. When it comes to insurance, you really do get what you pay for. Every claim I've had with Farmers has always been seamless, I can't say the same for other I sharan even companies. I highly recommend

The worst customer service ever. The office staff can't and won't answer any questions. They will take your money, but can't and won't communicate anything about a policy. I was a customer for 20 years, and I was an idiot to stay that long.

I was a customer here for years and felt like I was taken advantage of. I would call to get help with or make an adjustment to my policy and never get called back. I shopped somewhere else and saved over a $1000 year just on one vehicle and homeowners. Paymore get less bum bum bum bum we are farmers. Costumer service is sub standard! Or, non existent.

I love how informative they are here. All the girls in that office are very nice and even though they aren't the cheapest you get what you pay for in my eyes. I don't have the best driving record and I have had accidents in the past, I was explained in detail how my record affects my rates. I decided to stay with Farmers since I wanted the support and backing of a reputable company and not some new company looking for a come up. I prefer to understand my cover ages and be taught about insurance rather than just pay and go! I love the family environment and I appreciate the personal service. No matter what I need those girls get it to me. It may not be lightening fast but I'm not lightening fast so I don't expect of others what I wouldn't expect of myself! No one loves insurance but it helps having a bunch of gals like them to help us along the way!

Our experience with this office cost us a small fortune! Be aware that youthful drivers are considered by Farmers to be the primary drivers of your vehicle regardless of their actual use of the vehicle. "Our rates which are filed and approved by the Ca Department of Insurance automatically rates the child as the "primary" driver; We have no way to change it in our system." After our son totaled his car our bill went from approximately $300 per month for 3 cars to almost $1100 per month for only 2 cars. Liability only for 2 cars was going to cost us more than we paid for full coverage on our 3 vehicles before our son was considered the "primary" driver of one of our vehicles. I was able to get full coverage for both vehicles for less than $350 per month including coverage for my teenage drivers with less than perfect records through a different well known company.
