Went in to make copies and neither one of the copy machines would work. I tried asking for help and the girl just shrugged her shoulders and said “ya, they do that sometimes.” Waste of time coming there

Priscilla was great- I needed something printed out she stopped what she was doing to help me with a deadline. The other associates said hello and were also very friendly. Thank you so much for making me look good with my deadline.

Customer service was trash, i’m not surprised that they’re store rating is low it would probably be zero but you have to choose one star so I’m assuming between myself and the rest of the community that has reported it adds up to a three-point four stars which is actually upgrading the store customer service rating

People who work here are knowledgeable, willing to help and friendly. There are so many things you can do here, including make photo copies of different sizes, black & white or color, one sided or two. They can print flyers, letters, documents and make signs. They can put images or your personal photos on paper. They can print things from your phone or you can email them something and they can print it. If you just want photo copies, you can go to a copy machine and follow the instructions. You will need a credit card or if you don't have one you can put money onto a temporary card they have there and use that. If at any time you need assistance, just ask. Often there is someone nearby who is knowledgeable about the department or machine.You can also mail packages Fed-Ex from here. Bring your package ready to ship, buy the packing supplies and pack it in store or pay them and buy shipping supplies and have them do it!Great place with great people!

Great experience today shipping a few items. The girl who helped me, Brooklyn, was super nice and got me in and out so quickly. It’s so easy to ship via FedEx now that l now prefer it over UPS and the post office. It’s just so simple and convenient to drop by the FedEx store and then to be helped by someone that is friendly like Brooklyn was today. It’s a yes for me.

Jackie Jackie Jackie Jackie Jackie Jackie. Did I say Jackie? Well I meant it. This girl is who Fed Ex should be modeling all their employees after. Knowledgeable, Friendly, Fast and Efficient, made the entire transaction an enjoyable one.Shop is clean, well lit, and fully stocked. I have visited a few FedEx shops in my daily grind and this place (Jackie's Store) is by far the best yet!

They opened door 8:01 am. The girl was doing her deposit rather than helping me. A 5 minute job turned into a a 30 minute job!!!! Remind me to buy a new printer rather come here!

I just dropped off some items I bought online. Didn't need any of their other services but overall it was a good experience. There was no line to make the drop off and there was plenty of parking. Located in a clean shopping center. The young lady who assisted me was knowledgeable and friendly.
