This store just did not have good merchandise. It was like a store that receives all the overstock or clearance items. Its called "Forever 21 Red" so, nothing like a regular Forever 21. The clothes were terrible and the store looked like it was selling used clothes.

Went yesterday and they had the doors locked before the store closed, went at 6:40pm and the store closes at 7:00

The website says that they close at 7 pm but the manager says 6 pm. I drove 30 minutes thinking I have an hour to shop since I arrived at 5:55 pm.

came 20 minutes before closing since it says they close at 9 and workers were already walking out and locking the doors before the specified time. if they changed their hours, they should update their hours on all platforms. what a waste of a drive and time.

Came around 8pm because the website says they close at 9pm... workers were rude about saying they were close. They should update their times if they close earlier because I live 40 min away and it would have been nice to know in advance when I looked at the time.

Used to be my sometimes go to store for my daughters clothing but after a recent visit w/ the cousin in law & being watched by the associates, followed around like we were going to steal 8$ sunglasses..I will not be returning. There's not much in the children's section anyways. & seems like they don't do much organizing or cleaning.. accessories section is all messed up, packages opened & dirty. Some clothing have shoes marks & who knows what other marks all over them & they're still hanging on the racks (even after weeks). Save yourself a trip & don't bother going here. Rude associates w/ microagression that show through the way they act & their facial expressions.

Love this location since it's close to home but they always close an hour or 30 mins before closing time. Very un professional and lazy. I say. Hours are not posted at front door.
