I waited for over an 1 and 45 minutes for their simple manicure and they never got to me
I came in before 5 other women and they took in those women before me, two of them had appointments and the other three were walk-ins like myself (even then the women with appointments were taken in over 30 minutes after their appointments were supposed to be)

I went it with V she is very busy but does a good job. Book an appointment at the least busiest times. Got a gel mani and two week in and they look amazing.

I came here today with my sister expecting to have a relaxing time but unfortunately it didn't turn out that way. My sister and I both got a regular French tip pedi and we were expecting to pay $60 without tip. Unfortunately we ended up paying $110 WITHOUT tip. They have a pricing set for $27 on pedi I don't understand why they weren't able to tell me with details how we ended up with such a high rate. This is what I get for trying somewhere new and not going to Jennifers nails which is also in Turlock. Very disappointed and sad with the service. Will be speaking to corporate about this.

Did a terrible job on my daughter's nails and then lady tried arguing with me and telling me it's because of my daughters nail shape, won't be going back ðŸ˜

This is my first time at your salon. I got a full set of nails done by Tom. He did an excellent job on my nails, I couldn’t be happier. He’s the sweetest man, I am disabled and he did so much to help me as well. I will definitely be back.

Appointments don’t mean anything to this establishment. Went in for both manicure and pedicure. They gave me option to only get one. After sitting in the chair for 45 minutes waiting. Wouldn’t recommend

They took another client who came later after me and when l told them they were so rude. There was a gentleman in the front who was so rude. The eyebrow lady is very good.

I got a pedicure and the lady cut my nails round and she dig deep in my critical ,and now my toe is hurting and infected. I will be contacting the health department.

I have tried to give this place the ben of the doubt but they just always seem to fail my expectations smh so today I call for a pedi once I sit and the lady starts I can tell she's going to be a sloppy job from the water being cold to the way she scrubbed my feet the way she clean up my toes buffed the nail just everything sloppy and quick then when it came to painting the white tip, thick sloppy uneven she was going to let me get yo with my big toe uneven cut uneven I was so furious I didn't say anything until it was fully finished because maybe she just wasn't done just yet kind you this whole time I spoke up 3 times to let her kno what she can fix and I was totally nice about it but when she started talking in her language under her breath and the worker next to her eyeing my feet I had enough told her I didn't like it fix it when it was time to pay I told her tell me why it's adding up to that if I'm not happy and didn't get my full service they said either way it was done I wasn't trying to leave without issuing I even sat down again cause I wanted it done and when I sat down everyone staring I got up paid what they said and left and I will never step foot in that place again! garbage ass place! what I had done I could of did at home smh pist about that also

I came here for the first time in a couple of years, man has their service improved! I came in for a full set and a pedicure. Tom did my acrylics, and let me tell you, he's truly amazing. I've never been so satisfied with my acrylics, the shape is perfect, and the design is exactly like my reference photo! My pedicure was done by an older lady who was very sweet. They have faux flowers that really add to the experience. Very quiet and relaxing. Definitely will be coming back for Tom to do my sets from now on!

Just got the nails done 7days ago it doesn't stay on I went in 2 times no body take care of my problems ? bad service and bad job too never come back this place
