I come to this location every week and they have 1 person at the counter every single time and line out the door. Why have 5 clerk desks if you only use one.

As a member for almost a decade, it wasn’t until I needed my money that I realized this isn’t the right bank to be in. You better pray you’re not away from California and need access to your money. There are limits to YOUR money being accessed. That means, it doesn’t matter what you were dreaming to buy or whatever emergency you come up against…. You’re tightly limited and controlled by their “policies”. Move your money now !

The One Star is to get the branch manager to contact us regarding withdrawals from our checking account it shows we made two withdrawals. Used ATM G0864209 at 22:56 on 10/18/2023 withdrew $80 from checking. Two minutes before I used ATM G0864208 at 22:54 checked savings balance attempted to withdraw $100 a screen popped up I don't remember what it stated but I couldn't withdraw the $100 and gave me a receipt record #3931 withdrawal $100.00 UNABLE TO PROCESS THIS TRANS AT THIS TIME. We didn't drive off right away!!!FYI THIS IS A 5 STAR CREDIT UNION. WE LIKE THEM A LOT AND HAVE BEEN TREATED EXCELLENT WHERE WE LIVE AND HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES AT ANY OF THERE LOCATION, INCLUDING THIS ONE. I will change the rating when this is resolved.

I have had an account here for almost 25 years. Things have been smooth and easy and they've been a great bank up until a few years ago when they started offering "business accounts" for a fee.Since then I have had my account locked and scheduled for closure due to "business related activity" FOUR TIMES! Each time it has taken me hours to get my account unlocked and cancel the account closure.What is "business related activity"? Well things like1. purchasing too much stuff at home Depot.2. Renting tools from Sunbelt.3. Depositing checks that "look suspiciously business related"FFSEach time this happens I've had to be on the phone for nearly an hour. Send emails back and forth to a representative and twiddle my thumbs while all transactions are locked.I have wasted a lot of time with this bank and am going to close my account myself.If you have an account here I suggest you close it as well.

This place has no customer service skills! They are always short on tellers and wait in line forever. Tellers are sitting behind the glass looking at you but not moving the line efficiently. Out of all the Golden One I have been in this place is the worse!

Here we go again. The line forms to the south wall and back out to the front door with only two bank tellers. Come on G1CU. I feel bad for the elderly lady who was dependent on the furniture to hold herself up. Ridiculous!

Literally have the line out the door and yet only one teller working. The other 3 employees are just looking at screens and walking around. The worst part is no communication with us, the customers, to inform us of the wait or to just say, "please be patient we'll get with you shortly." To say customer service is lacking is an understatement.

This is the worst bank I've ever banked with. I have had my account with them for 4 years in good standings. I woke up one morning & my account was completely shut down. All my funds disappeared & when I called I was told there was nothing I could do & got hung up on. I called back & was told to go to the branch & I could POSSIBLY get my money back if they felt like giving it to me basically. I went to the branch & was apologized to becuase i was told there was nothing they could do. All funds from my account were removed. Checking & savings account as well. I was told I would get a check. No one knows how long it will take & also they are sending it to my old address where I have no access to the mail & they apparently don't forward mail when you do an address Change with the post office nor can they change the address the check is being sent to, also they can't cancel the check even though they are a bank themselves which makes no sense. I was told to come back in 90 days... yes 90 DAYS to POSSIBLY retrieve my funds. This is by far the worst banking experience I've ever had & until the day I expire I will tell people Don't bank with these people they will steal your money after being in good standings for years!
