No one is responding I have filed complaints through customer support multiple times no response from you guys ,trying to reach you on cl but your phone is not working guess.and now you have put my number on Dnd.Poor Service:(Return it please, it's a gifted sunglass EA .

I got Tesla 3 car by my Tesla insurance. The car was in a bad condition the steering wheel leather was ruptured . the tiers never keep the pressure and the car was dirty smelled cigarettes smoke and has ashes on all seats. and when I returned back to Turlock office the lady right there Sarah Bristow was very bumptious on me like I am beggar She add smoking fees on me 400$ for smoking in the car and she didn't give chance to say I didn't smoke in the car and the ashes was already there and I leave the window open some times while driving or in barking lot next to the smoking area to not close while the app never keep the car on tesla app. Even she didn't let me take the car to different office or take it back to clean it on me. she was neglecting me so bad. I'd never use hertz again and I will let Tesla insurance know. next time I'll use AVIS since they are more professional hundred times more.

The car was ready when I went to pick up, as I did everything on the app. The car was clean and ok. The price is good too.The service was good at the Turlock Hertz, the Lady was nice too.

Worst service, lady working on this location gave us 69k miles driven van with front suspension issue. When I called back to complain, no answer. She knew this Van has issues. After trying more than 20 calls, next day I went there and she said we don’t have any other 7 seaters available. She lied to me coz she was driving 7 seaters SUV for personal use. When I pointed to that particular suv, she replied this is 2022 new suv and it will cost you more, I was like okay but at least I get something which I can drive with my family and reach safely to LA. (I don’t know if Hertz charge extra for new car???? First time I ever heard that extra charge for new vehicle).Story not end here, after 2 days driving that problematic van I was calling her that when I can come to exchange vehicle and again no reply.I was so upset and took that van to Hertz location and then asked her when Suv will be ready and she said give an hour or so.Next day, we were leaving for LA and I was so worried when I get Suv and then put our stuff and leave early morning.In this stress I went back after an hour and I forgot to take my cash from the van and took suv came home and next morning LA.I called back when it came to my mind that I left cash in the van but didn’t get my money back which was $2k.I am from Canada and I got cash from currency exchanger for this trip.The van was not in condition to give any other customer and I confirmed with staff that this van is in Modesto location.In the nutshell, this incident ruined my trip and I suggest everyone make sure check your vehicle condition before leave the location. I never had an issue before with any rental vehicle.Last thing, the lady was saying this new suv will be expensive then your van booking but eventually it was $100 cheaper then what I booked before.

Website doesn't state credit check for debit card payment and tried to put a $600 hold on a $300 charge!! Worst customer service basically got told well your out of luck, we went to enterprise and got great customer service!

rented from this location a few times. Every time, pick up is 30+minutes waiting because they are understaffed or staff show up late to work. When I’ve tried to drop off I also had to wait 20+ minutes because no one was in the office midday. Everything was locked down. During my waiting times, I also noticed that even through the inconvenience this location imposes on customers they NEVER SAY THANK YOU nor APOLOGIZE, simply have a good day. I understand mishaps happen or we aren’t in the best of moods, it’s life, but a little professional common courtesy and customer service etiquette would go a long way. I rent vehicles often for my businesses and will be renting elsewhere.
