Simply put, go somewhere else where you can get a better service! I came for new tires and alignment at the same time because I didn’t want my new tires wearing out unevenly. I came to pick up my truck and tires installed, but no alignment. Was told somebody was off and couldn’t do it. I looked on the back and alignment was being done on another truck! Lies, besides more expensive than other shops. Furthermore, one of my tires didn’t have valve stem cap!

Time to get that sales floor cleaned up of all those stacks of boxes, no? Someone's gonna trip and fall and sue you. I've also seen one of the fellas behind the counter smoking his e-cig indoors, which is illegal. When Jason used to work the counter, this place was one of the cleanest most organized shops in town. You could tell he took pride in that. Not anymore. Hardly see him now, and it shows.

I highly recommend it. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are competitive. They check your tires for free and are very accommodating. They have always worked me in when I had an emergency.
