Desire is amazing , I got no notification of an office being closed down in Modesto. With redirection to Turlock & no paperwork desire got the job done. I appreciate her effort on helping me out, I had to get off work early and it would be a disappointment if I had to reschedule. Thank you for being the A team , she was a one person crew.

Second time coming here in the last six months and I love it. Priscilla has helped me both times and she’s a gem! Very helpful, professional, and excellent at her job. I don’t do well getting my blood drawn but her energy is calming and inviting which makes it a lot easier. Both times I didn’t even feel a poke! Check-in process is a breeze and the facility is well maintained, clean, and easy to navigate. I would recommend everyone come here! Thank you Priscilla!!

This placed is horrible. Staff called me to schedule an appointment, I have never been here before and was not given an instructions on what I needed to bring. I drove 45 minutes for nothing, to get there and they didn’t even know what I was seen for and asked if I had an order form which I was never informed to bring mind you I didn’t even know that one would have to be given to me. Horrible staff, lazy and incompetent

TERRIBLE! Priscilla has no clue how healthcare works- this woman doesn’t know what HIPAA is and another patient and I had to tell her what it was & meant… she continued to violate it. Workers are completely uneducated and rude. You are told to leave& that you won’t be helped if you ask them to follow HIPAA- which they don’t understand.
The woman who was studying for nursing school? The kind, compassionate, professional & educated woman has left and so has any reason to return to this lab.
No professionalism, no courtesy, no customer service, no respect for your privacy or protecting your PHI, no collaboration with your healthcare professionals. Lisette, the supervisor is responsible for having such an uneducated and rude team at the Turlock location. Let’s discuss- does corporate know these employees work at their convenience? Lab used to be open M-F until 2:45. Now? Now? No schedule. It’s completely unpredictable and unprofessional.Drs need labs stat- urgently, immediately. Employees seem like they can’t be bothered to work.
If you try to schedule an appointment 11 AM is the latest appointment available ( used to be 2:45 pm- they are cutting the day in half on the rare day they have the lab open) and then lab is closed for days at a time.
If I want to deal with someone uneducated with a bad attitude I’d go to Starbucks after school where the middle school kids congregate with my friends to discuss our latest book club selection. I think the middle school kids are actually smarter, have fewer tattoos, and less of a chip on their shoulder about their life.
Labcorp workers are unprofessional and just a headache. You have yo do their job- make sure they have the orders your dr has sent in multiple times. Even when they confirm they have them, mysteriously they don’t have them when you arrive. Just stay away and save yourself the drama of the staff.

Horrible. I checked in online, and patiently wait in the lobby. Come to find out, the check in system doesn't work, so they do not get notified of the online check in. SO WHAT IS THE POINT OF ONLINE CHECK IN? Front desk is not friendly at all.

I was seen here today and received the worst care and customer service from the front desk. The lady was very rude because I didn’t have a paper printed that I didn’t know I needed. Instead of printing the paper for me, she made me go to a FedEx to have 1 single paper printed that she could have printed from a forwarded email. I understand if that is company policy, but there was no need to be so rude.

I can't say how much more professional,helpful, and clean Labcorp is than Quest! I wouldn't take my dog to Quest! Not only because of the dirty lab but because they treat you like cattle on there with no feeling... no care! Desiree in Turlock was so helpful in getting my insurance figured out.... I'LL NEVER GO TO QUEST AGAIN!

Excellent Service! The environment was quiet, clean, and the staff at check-in greeted me. I travel from out of town so I did a walk-in. There was only one couple at the time of my walk-in. I was called back in about 5-10 minutes. Priscilla was very friendly while drawing up my labs. I would come back to this place.

Maybe it was my lucky day but the office had just one person ahead of me at the time, I was seen, in and out in 10-15 minutes. Paperwork was fast, the blood draw was quick. No worries.

Modestos lab refused walk ins due to being understaffed..when this location only had one employee and she still took walk ins doing it alone. I forgot to get her name but she was very friendly and professional. Thank you for taking walk ins today

This will be my new go to for lab services. Due to short staffing, they only accept appointments, but I was able to book mine the night before online. The lab is very clean and decorated nicely. Desiree assisted me and she was very friendly and helpful. Due to staffing shortages, she was the only one there. But even with her needing to do my check in, billing and draw my blood, I was in and out of there in no time. She had everything done and I was leaving before my scheduled appointment time.

This is my go-to lab because they are close and I've been having laboratory work done at LabCorp for years. They take my Covered California insurance through Blue Cross Anthem EPO. This location is staffed with one phlebotomist and one receptionist or no receptionist and just one phlebotomist. This set up is not customer service orientated. This is how LabCorp and Quest diagnostics have been working for years. Most of the time I am in and out and seldom have to wait more than 15 minutes. Have not made an appointment but they do offer that by their cell phone app. They treat me nicely most of the time but will present you with an "estimate" before they draw your blood or specimen and expect you to pay for it. I do not because it is always wrong because I only have a $20 copay not hundreds of dollars they say I will owe, so I have no idea their matrix for the calculation. Other than this, this is located in a large shopping center on the ground level in the very back of the parking lot The name of the church-look-a-like building is the Tower Health & Wellness Center on Colorado Avenue in Turlock, CA. They used to be indoors the huge church-like building but made the move this year to the back of the parking lot I believe. I'm happy with them which is why I return every 3 months for Lithium draws and other vital organ tests. The female phlebotomist is a great stick and gets my veins on the first time every time.
