Don’t shop at Leslie’s, the employees in store are awesome. But as far as their return policy, it’s awful. I bought a pool sweeper for $600 and I’m not happy with the way it performs. The smallest blade of grass makes it lose suction and stop working. I purchased this 2 months ago (60) days. Their return policy is 30 days. I didn’t want my money back, I simply wanted to return and purchase a different one from them. My pool guy recommended shopping at Leisure Pool Supply. After a trip down to Leisure, I will definitely be giving them my business.

I am a first time pool owner and had absolutely no idea what I was doing when treating my small pool. Josh was so helpful and kind in explaining in great detail the results of my pool water test and recommended the perfect products with the perfect pool recipe to keep my pool free from algae and safe to swim in. His knowledge was so beyond helpful and I’m grateful for it! If you’re feeling like a mad scientist trying to get your pool in perfect swimming condition just stop what you’re doing, set down the shock and bring your pool water to Josh! He will get you the right recipe with the right Leslie products to end your rabbit hole of research on how to keep your pool sparkly.

I went in with a problem and jeff the store manager was just awsome. He was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way to find a solution for my situation and I couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend this store.

The pictures posted is definitely not the same as the store except the one of the store front. For the most part, this place has what you would need for a pool. I came to replace my 1 1/4 hoses for my Costco pool. Lucky for me they had the hoses. The hoses are a little steep at $13.99. Learning lesson for sure. Remove the hoses when the season ends this way I am not shelling out extra $ on hose replacement. I also needed sand and the prices wasn't too bad. Their customer service was good.

Would not sell me parts to fix my sweep myself guy was on his phone didn't have time told me I had to waitWent to all valley pools in ceres guy very helpful I got parts and had it worked in less than a hour
