"Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was immensely disappointing. After a long wait , the response I received from the staff was curt and unprofessional. Instead of listening to my issue and attempting to find a solution, I felt dismissed and misunderstood. No real assistance was offered, and I was left without a resolution to my problem. I hope that the company will reconsider training its employees on the importance of customer service and take steps to improve the customer experience in the future."

Charging $25 dollars for a SIM card change which is something you can do AT HOME is ludicrous already ontop of T-Mobile’s ludicrous recent price increases. This is a boycott. Fix your prices.

Went to get the iphone 11 deal and was told I needed a different ID because it wouldn't give me the promo deal. She couldn't explain why and didn't seem to try and find out why either. My license was up to date. Left without getting the two phones and tablet. Hopefully they are not commission based. ?♀️

I would give negative stars if I could! I think at this point I'm gonna cancel my service with this company! Never in my life have I experienced such horrible customer service. So rude and Unprofessional! Annabelle 13241 if you're that unhappy and miserable with your place of employment to project that kind of hate and Unprofessionalism at loyal customers might be time to seek other options! I hope the best for you but customer service isn't your thing lifes to short to Poison the world with your hatred! Love peace and hair grease

Shady. She straight told me customer service would charge me the same as in store to transfer sims in diff phones. Well thats a lie, and customer service took a report from me on this place for misleading me in policies so that i would pay to active In store when i asked if i could call support and she said they NOW charge the same as in store. Not my first shady incident, i was almost taken for extra $20 cash i was paying, until i pointed out i wasnt suppose to be charged, she said i was correct, and thanked me for catching the fee or i would have had to pay it she said. SHADY
