If I could put zero stars I would. This is the worst metro store I have ever been to!! They have the worst customer service and tell you they are giving you free merchandise for their poor quality and end up charging you! They tell you they have ordered you a phone that will be here in a week. Then turns out it has to be a different phone and it’s another week and then another week. I Called the metro store numerous times on different days and times and no answer. All the things I went through to get a new phone and supposedly “free” upgrade and I get scammed out of $200!! It was the worst experience ever ! Please whatever you do, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!

Their “FREE” accessories aren’t actually free. Look at your receipts when you leave this place. Go to a corporate store if you can. Misleading and they’ll force insurance on you.

This is a shady Metro store!! Do not buy anything from them!! They will scam you!! I bought a phone from them through smartpay with a free upgrade. They took a $203 deposit initially for the phone. I was told would go towards my first payment. Long story short I waited 3 1/2 weeks before I got the phone that they promised me would be in in a week. When I picked up my phone they apologized and said they would give me free accessories for my inconvenience, which was nice. I thought it was all good. Well when I got home a few days later I found out they never put my deposit towards my phone and charged my card again for my first payment and took my $203!! Basically making me pay for all my "free" accessories. I don't want them to do this to anyone else so I also have made a complaint to metro corporation as well

What to say about Metro By T-Mobile. Fast but not real friendly service. She appeared board with everything. Changed phone number on phone and was told that's it. Phone was cut off the next day because I owed $15 for a phone number change. Would have been nice of the board employee to say so. But oh well all is good now.

When trying to purchase a phone they will throw extra accessories on the total and say they “come with the phone”. When you are most definitely paying for it. Look at your receipts when you leave this place. Don’t let them take advantage of you.

The Vanessa leader/ manager has the tendency to charge customers for items never agreed to purchase after asking if the items came with the phone I asked and she said they did . Me not realizing because I was going to be late for work cause of her talking to much a sneaky way to get to people. The final sale came up to 450.00 which was a lot and wasn't sure what first total amount be with the phone only. I was in a hurry cause my time was limited but it was still bothering me why it was so much. I look at the receipt the next day she had charged me for a car charger that I already had 34.00 worth and also for an ugly phone case another 30.00 dollars a screen protector for 17.00 overpaying 80.00 more when initially she said it did come with the phone . It isn't her first time ........ I called the metro pcs in Turlock on West main a guy answered told me I would get a call back about the situation yesterday or today and I haven't received any calls.

I like this store it's clean and up to date. The service was the best part about it I had a great experience being a customer here, a nice young lady helped me out with my question and transactions I remember her name was Eileen, she definitely helped me feel welcome I highly recommend going to her for quality service.
