Do not go to this place. Employees are rude and never willing to help other than “you have to call customer service”. There is one girl in particular that has no manners and disrespectful to everyone who walks through the door.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life by "Javi". Do not go to this store. I have a family plan with 5 phones and a business plan with 2 phones. And he refused to help with a problem on my personal phone.

Great place to shop for a new phone.Walked in and immediately was greeted by Javier.He was very informative on the questions I posed about the Samsung phones and was very helpful with me making my final decision.

We are switching service to spectrum, but thought I leave my experience before leaving. My husband and I both are due for new phones. We have actually been Metro customers for some time and pay our bills on time ever month, that being said I constantly get offers through them that I really never take advantage of, but hey a offer for a new 5g Samsung A32 phone for $29.99 will have us staying instead of paying for a monthly fee. Went in there to see about the offer they seemed confused kept saying cost of line doesn't cost that much, not sure why that matters. They called their boss and made some bs excuse to not honor the clear advertise offer,, saying it was a offer that may come out and it was linked early. Like I'm d*** to believe that. Anyway gives us more of a reason to switch.

Went to buy a phone and they said they couldn't sell me one because " they just don't sell phones like that " I had to drive all the way to modesto and was assisted in and out less then 30 mins with my new iphone . Thanks to them

Horrible customer service the girl “Alejandra or Alexandra” literally wanted us to call customer service for everything I asked her to transfer my stuff from one phone to the other and she gave me the run around of how to do it by myself, She looked like she was desperate to leave we went at 3:30 and they closed at 4 she just wanted to be out of there. Next time I’ll find a different Metro never coming back to this location

The employee “Steph†did not want to activate a phone that I had that was not active. She kept telling me that it was activated with someone else's account. I know it was not activated because I hadn't paid it for 3 months. And I know after a month the account cancels. I explained to her several times. Steph also stated that she did not know if she can activate the phone because it was not in a box. She began to give me attitude. I understand the employees are supposed to meet quotas. I personally worked at metro and I know how the system works. Steph did not want to help me which made me upset. I told her I will call dealer support group and activate it. I called dealer support group and they were able to assist me with no problem.
