Friendly staff. Online said they had a product I was looking for. Wasn't updated so the item wasn't available. Staff helped look for it. Not a great selection of items.

I came in 1 min before closing and I knew I should have just went home but all I needed was paper. They got me in and got me what I needed before the clock struck closed!!! All.with a smile and have a great day. I love my Michaels folks. I hope the team I came in contact with stayed for a long time. Customer service means a lot for a great shopping experience. And thank you for making my baby girls Valentines day a hit at school!!!!

This location has a very good selection of merchandise. The people who work here are very friendly and have been very helpful every time I have shopped here. This store has a lot of good selections of inventory. And is kept clean and well organized. Thanks for always treating me respectfully.

I absolutely love going to Michaels in Turlock on Geer RD. They have a really big/great selection of stuff that I like rather than the Michael's in Modesto! I give the Turlock Michael's 5⭐
