Shout out Miss Terry! Just got help @ the Turlock location 4/16. She was the sweetest and best help with all my questions—dealing with a very itchy dog. She even gave me some options if what I bought didn’t work. Also, helped me with some other concerns for a kitten I’m fostering—best costumer service I’ve had in a long while!

I usually go to Petco but I thought I would try pet supplies Plus. The prices are actually better. It's a smaller store, but is a lot easier to run in and grab something for your kitten or puppy than trying to navigate the animal big box across the street. Everyone was friendly in the parking was great. I'll be going there again very soon.

This store has a huge selection. Prices are pretty normal for a large pet supply store. They were supporting the local humane society that had just rescued 80 dogs from a hoarder, which gave them a step up in my book. The only issue is that the store is dark and not very inviting.

They have a very wide selection of everything from pet foods, treats, toys, bedding, clothes, grooming items, live pets like fish and birds. A dog washing area and an on site groomer. They also during specified times offer vaccines and they microchip. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. And the prices are very competitive, if anything they tend to be on the lower end. And finally, they are always friendly with your pets, who are always welcome, and get a treat at checkout.

Hello, they do have dog wash punch cards by five washes for $40. They also have a phone number rewards program and they keep track of all the transactions when I went in to wash my dog I can see that I miss placed my dog wash punch card. I kindly asked the store clerk to look at my transaction, and she agreed she can clearly see that I had just bought the wash punch card and I only used one wash unfortunately she wasn't able to give me a new card and I had to purchase an entire new one. Very unfortunate. I thought as a long time customer that I can at least get a new card since they can clearly see my transactions and know that I'm not trying to get over on them, but I actually innocently miss placed my card. Very unfortunate that they operate their business this way.
