Hired for custom drapes and shades. Quality of both, is subpar. Very expensive and poor quality. Neither hang correctly. Do not recommend.

We needed repair work on the draperies rods we purchased over 10 years ago. After calling around, Pursley's were the most responsive to our needs. In the end, their serviceman made everything work better than when they initially installed!

Can't even keep a simple time frame for a quote. 10am appointment and they show up at 11:20 with no phone call. When I ask if the appointment time was 10am he says 10-11 like he was on time. If you can't make an appointment time for an estimate I have zero faith in getting an installation on time.

We have been using Pursley's for almost 20 years. This company understands customer service and practices it! Everything we have had done has been 100%. The staff is friendly and efficient. The products are delivered exactly as ordered. We could not be more pleased.

They were so great..talked to Tina about some lined curtains and the plaid color I wanted...she made an appointment...was right on time...bought lots of samples....measured and ordered my material....sent out installer to remeasure(love accuracy)..was so surprised how soon they were done...installer was so good...curtains are everything I hoped for...beautifully made....thanks Tina and Pursleys..
