It is so difficult to make an appointment for a normal test. You can’t call the place. My husband just came from 777 Hawkeye, Turlock and there was no one in the waiting room and it said he would have to wait 2 hours to get his blood test. WHY?

The woman who drew my blood was very helpful with all the clients and myself. I am very hard to draw, but she listened to me when I showed her where my vein was and she found it with NO PROBLEM! She was thoughtful of how I was feeling. I give her a thumbs up!

The lady who drew my blood did an awesome job, I bruise easily and this time, I did not bruise at all. I honestly did not even feel the needle going in. She was just so awesome and super nice too

"Kevin" was accommodating, and went out of his way to assist me. The other guy, a big rude dude, barked at me about not having a paper copy of my lab order, even though I had the image on my phone. All I needed was an email address to send it to, and Kevin supplied one. Why do you have this big rude dude on your payroll?

Frida was very welcoming and calm. I was fortunate enough to have her twice in a row. She very professional and curious. When she drew blood I didn't even realize she was already started it was the best testing experience I've ever had.

My husband made appointment online they don't do the text option how they supposed to. You check in they give you option to wait in waiting room or wait outside. We waited out side because it was super full, we didn't get text if it weren't for a person walking out in the moment they shouted his name we would have not known. Frustrating!

I am a very difficult stick. The one employee I ask for each time I go for labs her name is 'Christine or Christina. She works(ed) with cancer patients. She knows and is awesome in drawing blood from "small" veins. I just love and respect her for that! Ask for her! She does not disappoint. Besides that- the place is immaculate clean and sanitized. Everyone are respectful joyful with greetings with a big smile! I have zero negatives about this place. Ohh! And schedule your appointment on line. My waits has only been 5-6 minutes NOT bad!!!8/21/2023

Rudest people ever they told me patience only but there 3 people to a room and a guy when back with his lady but I can’t go back to with my pregnant lady smh there all rude don’t come here and it’s dirty
