?PHARMACY? I just want to thank the pharmacy staff at the Safeway in Turlock on Countryside. They just blessed me with the best experience. The customer service was awesome. The speed of service was phenomenal. The price for the prescription I picked up literally blew me away. I was prepared to show my GoodRX card but they even beat their price. This prescription was a refill and yes I have insurance. The previous pharmacy took forever to fill it, gave me so much grief when entering it into their system and then told me that it wasn’t covered?. The prescription price was over $150. I used my GoodRX and paid slightly over $30. Tonight for the refill at Safeway I only paid $5!!!? #GodIsAGreatGod #BlessingsOnBlessings

The entire staff has always been very friendly, polite and professional. As a senior citizen whose on multiple medications, I have come to rely upon my pharmacist to help monitor & advise me when necessary. Tariq has counseled me many times regarding my medications, reminds me of recommended vaccines when due, and even makes sure I receive them on time! Thank you for being my heroes, I wouldn't be able to manage all of this without you!

Poor service!! Poor communication!! Smart mouth pharmacy tech. No help. "I'm sorry you feel that way if you talk to the pharmacist the story will be the same. I asked why the price was higher today. She says same as always! I check my records and nope $20 more today. I would like the pharmacist to contact me

I wanted to say thank you to Stephen for his great customer service. I think they were very kind and helpful to me in the store last night, good service but also the store is always clean and has the items I want in stock. The best part for me is they are open late. Thank you for being a great store!

They get a 3 because everything was pretty well stocked on food, they didn't have any color bleach but that's not why I took 2 stars off. I took 2 stars off because when I went to the deli department and wanted to get 2 chicken tenders. The young lady told me I wasnt allowed to get by the piece I can only get by the pound. Since when do I have to get by the pound, I can't eat that much for one person. I don't know if Safeway changed their way or this girl just doesn't know what she is doing. So 2 chicken tenders for 2 stars, I think that is more than fair.

Vaquez the manager of this place is disgusting, rude and insensitive. He needs to be fired immediately. My gramdfather went missing and I posted a flyer on the door he immediately took the flyer off the door as soon as I walked away... I said "EXCUSE ME!!!"... he said "I told you to take that off my door!!!" i apolgized and told him I was sorry, and that I didnt hear him. He refused to give me the flyer back... SO SNATCHED IT OUT HIS HAND AND ASKED FOR THE BOSS. He pointed at his badge proudly... I asked for a number to report the incident... he refused to give it to me. He called the police stating I was upset that he took it down.. I was disappointed of how he handled the situation... terrible service.

I have been a Safeway shopper for over 30 years but unless the employees that have been hired since the Albertsons purchase get a crash course on customer service I will no longer be shopping there. I went and bought groceries on Sunday. The person at the register, Ryan, never said a word. Not a welcome greeting. Not my total. He finally told me to have a nice day, thats when I had to say something. I told him that he works in a service industry and that industry relies on its customers. He needed to work on his customer service. I have made quite a few friends there and hate to shop elsewhere because I feel as though I'm not alone with this complaint. If we were to all start shopping at other stores then my friends would not have their jobs. So I'm at a crossroad.

I placed an online order on Wednesday, July 1 for their lobster tails that was on sale. I scheduled for the order to be picked up by July 3 at 2pm. On Friday, I called to check up on my order as I'm 30 minutes away and not in the same town. I wanted to make sure my order will be ready by the scheduled time. The first lady I spoke with told me I don't have any order shown in their system. She had me on hold to get a manager or whoever he was. He also said there was no order under my order number. I asked him to check again. Maybe she entered the wrong order number. He checked again and my order was there, but nothing saying my order is complete. So, I drove out to the store and follow up on it anyways. And guess what they say??? They told me there is no order under my name and even if there was, they are out of lobster tails. Ohmygahhh! Why did they not tell me that over the phone??? I was furious and left the store. Never shopping in that store again. Customer service was really poor and they never communicated with me. I do not recommend this location.
